Busy weeks and healthy dinners

I just finished catching up with a friend of mine. She was telling me about her challenge to eat healthy during the week, while working long hours. She admitted to grabbing a bucket of chicken on the way home, if she didn't have dinner already prepared. We had a great conversation about the use of a crock pot to have dinner ready and the option to prep and cook on a Sunday afternoon. There is no doubt that planning, shopping and cooking is a lot of work. But my body is worth it and I know yours is too. What tips and tricks do you have to eat healthy during a busy week? Lynna
